How to Advertise in our Weekly Thursday Newsletter Requirements for Neighborhood Event Listings When e-mailing business event listings for the WLCO weekly e-mail newsletter, please follow these steps:
Include the event title, location, date, time, brief description and contact information. If possible include your website address with a direct link to the event. If you send a text version of your event, please do not exceed 250 words. Flyers should be prepared as a gif, jpg or pdf file and should not exceed 800(h) x 600(w) pix. Please note that images with vertical orientation work best within our email template.
Event announcements can be sent twice a month in our Thursday e-mail newsletter (preferably 2 weeks prior to the event date). Please note that all Thursday newsletter submissions must be received by 3:00pm on the Wednesday prior.
